Service Support

We are looking for Service Support to enhance our service team. You will support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.

Responsibilities:

• Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences
• Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests
• Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant including table maintenance and other duties as assigned
