Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet, guide and farewell all guests in a friendly and natural manner
- Ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment of arrival to moment of departure.
- Liaise with service and restaurant team for any special requests or any notes regarding guests / bookings (including allergies, special occasions, VIP’s and similar)
- Assist service team in times of high volume
- Check for guest satisfaction during and after dining experience and make corrective action whenever needed.
- Answer the phone with standard.
- Give information to the guest.
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed look at all times and adhere to grooming standards.
