Position Summary

Support Staff play a vital role in the day-to-day flow of service by assisting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This position helps ensure smooth operations, clean and organized workspaces, and a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during service
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service areas
• Stock supplies including glassware, silverware, condiments, ice, and to-go items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, stations, and common areas
• Support food running and beverage delivery as needed
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
