Service Support (Engineering Company)

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple service activities while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience in an engineering, industrial, technical, construction, or equipment-related environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, record, and coordinate customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints.

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of service engineers and technicians for site visits, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, requirements, site access, and job status.

Prepare service quotations, work orders, service reports, and other required documentation.

Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams regarding equipment issues, troubleshooting requirements, and service activities.

Requirements GRADUATE OF ANY 4-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE IN BUSINESS STUDIES/ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT
