Service Support Staff

Overview

We're looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Support Staff to join the team at Recess LoHi. As a member of our support team, you'll play an important role in keeping service running smoothly and creating an unforgettable guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, genuine hospitality to every guest from the moment they arrive until they leave.
• Assist with food running, bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables throughout service.
• Support servers and the broader Front of House team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining room, service, and guest areas.
• Keep tables, floors, and common areas clean and presentable throughout the shift.
• Assist with stocking supplies, restocking service stations, and completing opening and closing side work.
• Help maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant.
• Work collaboratively with both Front of House and Back of House teams, especially during busy shifts.
• Anticipate the needs of your teammates and jump in wherever support is needed.
• Contribute to a fun, positive team culture while helping create an exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-first attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout a shift.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support the team wherever needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $16.27 per hour + tips
