The Role: Support Staff (Busser / Food & Beverage Runner / Barback)

Giorgios Hospitality Group is seeking reliable, hardworking Support Staff to join the team at one of our Wilmington concepts. This role is essential to keeping our restaurants running smoothly and is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career in hospitality.

Recommended Experience

• No prior experience required; restaurant or customer service experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well as part of a team

General Responsibilities

• Support servers and kitchen staff by bussing tables, running food & beverages, and resetting dining areas promptly between guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas throughout each shift
• Support the bar by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverage supplies, and assist with keeping the bar area clean and organized
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies (linens, glassware, condiments, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Step in to support various roles across the restaurant as needed
