**Job Summary**
Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Hyundai vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  
  
Key Responsibilities
  
  

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Hyundai vehicles, including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle problems and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and dealership policies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques specific to Hyundai vehicles.
- Complete all required documentation and service reports accurately and timely.

**Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Hyundai or other automotive brands.
- ASE certification or equivalent automotive technician certification is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
