Service Technician (all levels)

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems across the Las Vegas Valley. You will handle diagnostic calls, maintenance visits, and equipment repairs. TCC service technicians are expected to document every visit with photos, present customers with written options, and represent the company with professionalism.

What we look for:

• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
• 2+ years of HVAC field experience
• Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic equipment
• Strong communication, you explain what you found, what it means, and what options the customer has

Compensation: $24-$44/hr based on experience and certifications. Top-of-market for technicians who bring skill and professionalism. Peak-season overtime (June through September) adds meaningfully to annual earnings.
