Service Technician and Installer

Sani-Med Distributors Inc. (SMD, Inc) is a sales, service, and installation company that was established in 1988. SMD also manufactures a wireless nurse call system (ReZcare) for Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. The company has provided products and services to over 4,000 healthcare facilities throughout New England, NY, NJ, and PA. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Low Voltage Security Technician preferably with a “S” license (security license). You will be involved with installations, service, and preventative maintenance of our products, working with other team members throughout New England. This job requires overnight travel approximately 20-40% of the time. The starting salary is between $60,000-$80,000, depending upon experience. After the probationary period, a company vehicle is provided as part of the employment package. ONLY those with the experienced listed in this ad need apply.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and servicing VSS Systems and Access Control Systems
• Experience working with Neptune Access Control Systems, DVR's, NVR's, Inovonics Wireless Products, and Dynalock Magnetic Door Locking Systems is a PLUS
• Neat, reliable, courteous, self-motivated, and detail oriented
• Possesses excellent communications skills
• Computer knowledge is essential
• General knowledge of basic networking
