Main Responsibilities
- Installs, inspects, repairs, services, and upgrades equipment according to instructions, quality and safety standards to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
- Maintains accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored.
- Communicates with external stakeholders/customers and measures daily customer satisfaction and recommends improvement activities.
