SERVICE TECHNICIAN Jim Taylor Auto Group is looking for a full-time Automotive Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, values efficiency, and wants to be part of a team that is committed to doing the job right.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer competencies
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs or maintenance
• Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors and team members
• Complete work according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and shop processes
• Take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Contribute to a productive, team-focused service department
