Join the Team Behind the World’s Most Iconic Water Features
At WET, you won’t simply support extraordinary projects—you’ll help keep them moving, evolving, and performing at the highest level. WET Legacy is looking for curious, technically minded professionals who have built a strong foundation through education, hands-on experience, or early-career training and are ready to expand their capabilities quickly. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, controls, programming, field operations, and creative technology while learning from experts who deliver complex systems on a global stage.
What We Do
At WET, we create projects that transform the way people experience nature’s elements. Our work is multi-sensory and large scale, redefining how people connect with water, light, sound, and one another. From the Fountains of Bellagio to The Dubai Fountain, our teams design, build, commission, and support some of the world’s most iconic water features.
WET Legacy is the technical service arm that keeps these landmark installations alive. Our teams work across the full lifecycle of complex water-feature systems, including commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, system upgrades, and long-term operational support.
Working with WET Legacy means engaging with highly integrated systems that may combine:
- Industrial controls, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and automated equipment
- Water-treatment, pumping, filtration, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Lighting, audio, show-control, sequencing, and real-time performance technologies
- Technical documentation, system diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and field commissioning
- Global installations that require precision, adaptability, clear communication, and sound judgment
We value people who are eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and motivated to turn technical knowledge into practical solutions. A degree, certification, or educational foundation in engineering, electrical systems, controls, automation, computer science, mechanical systems, water technology, or a related field is a strong starting point—but curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly are equally important.
At WET, your development can move quickly. You’ll gain exposure to specialized technologies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build skills that span design, programming, commissioning, operations, and service. Every project presents a new technical challenge—and an opportunity to grow.
Build What Comes Next
If you’re ready to apply your foundation in a real-world environment, expand your technical range, and contribute to work experienced by millions of people around the world, WET Legacy offers a rare place to begin or accelerate your career. Bring your curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and drive to learn—we’ll give you the opportunity to work on systems that are as technically impressive as they are unforgettable.
