About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Service Technician to join M.Q. Lightings Enterprises, Inc. in Makati City. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining professional lighting and production equipment used in the film, broadcast, stage, studio, and live events industry.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test professional lighting and production equipment
• Handle service units including warranty repairs, out-of-warranty repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and technical checking
• Prepare service findings, repair assessments, and technical reports for customer approval and internal records
• Coordinate with the Service Team regarding repair status, parts requirements, service timelines, and unit release
• Perform final testing and quality checking before repaired units are released to customers
• Assist in product testing, technical demos, installations, relocation work, and field service when required
• Support basic client technical concerns and troubleshooting inquiries when needed
• Properly handle and organize tools, spare parts, accessories, and service equipment
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness inside the service area
• Follow company service procedures, documentation requirements, and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical course
• Experience in electronics repair, lighting equipment repair, or technical servicing is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of electronics troubleshooting, soldering, testing, and use of diagnostic tools
• Able to read and understand basic wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical references
• Detail-oriented, organized, and careful in handling customer-owned equipment
• Able to document findings clearly and follow service procedures properly
• Willing to assist in field work, installations, and technical support when required
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City
• Honest, responsible, dependable, and willing to learn
