Service Technician

Our Service Technicians are responsible for the installation of SCJP product dispensers into end user facilities such as hospitals, aged care, manufacturing and other industrial and commercial outlets, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Additionally, they’re an integral resource for identifying sales opportunities through site audits and stock replenishment.

About the role:

• Manage territory call cycle and maintenance plans
• End user site audits
• Safe removal and installation of SCJP dispenser units
• Safe operation of drill to remove or install dispensers on various walls including gyprock, brick, concrete, tiles and occasionally mirrors
• Upgrade or replace parts in dispenser – usually the front cover
• Restocking of dispensers
• Conduct general housekeeping and ensure work site is clean & safe at all times
• Liaising with onsite stakeholders (Cleaners, healthcare professionals)
• Conduct safety risk assessments before commencing work
• Ensure site induction is completed
• Comply with Workplace Health & Safety legislation
• Other responsibilities as identified

About You:

We’d love our new team member to be;

• Experienced installation technician (highly regarded)
• Must be punctual and presentable
• Professional with solid English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven commitment to meeting customer excellence
• Must have the ability to work within wider Brisbane area and travel extensively throughout QLD
• Must have clear, current drivers’ license
• Must be Covid Vaccinated
• Must have a satisfactory Criminal history check

What You’ll Bring:

• Be physically fit with the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• Comfort working with mobile phone, iPad/tablet and laptop
• Trade qualified or equivalent experience highly regarded
• WHS Industry white card
• Current Driver’s license
• Willing to obtain a Police Check
• Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia (perm resident or citizen)
• Be willing to comply with all vaccination requirements of Healthcare and Aged Care facilities serviced by SCJP
