About the role

Service Technician for a world-class MNC Healthcare company with expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech. The role involves repairing and testing of DePuy products, managing repair centre operations, and providing customer support for medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of DePuy products
• Managing the tools upkeep and calibration
• Managing work orders, quotations, and invoicing of service
• Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness
• Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving
• Working with Synthes Switzerland and other J&J companies for all repairs related work requirement
• Using MD S&R to manage the repair activity
• Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices
• Tracking warranties of instruments
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support

About you

• Diploma or Degree in any Field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role
• Ability to trouble-shoot
• Basic Microsoft office skills
