About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join the team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our valued clients. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business success. Client: Solid Business Machine Center
Rate: NCR rate + Free HMO after 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Field work upon request
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and equipment according to specifications and safety standards
• Conduct installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment for clients
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests, prioritising urgent issues
• Maintain detailed service records, documenting all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical issues and solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies whilst performing technical work
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Keep equipment, tools, and vehicles well-maintained and organised for immediate deployment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a technician in a service-oriented environment, ideally within the trades and services sector
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in equipment repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and specialised instruments relevant to the role
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently whilst following procedures
• Valid technical certifications or qualifications relevant to the equipment or systems you will be servicing
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, as this role may require travelling to client sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions
• Familiarity with safety standards and protocols within the trades and services industry
• Preferred: Experience in industrial equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, or mechanical maintenance
