Service Technician

Job Summary

To support the continued growth and success of the Agrifac brand in the UK, we are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Service Technician to join our After Sales team and provide an exceptional level of service and support to our nationwide customer base.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems. Previous experience with crop sprayers would be advantageous; however, full product training will be provided. To thrive in this role, you will be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

This is a field-based position, primarily focused on machine breakdowns, diagnostics, servicing, and routine maintenance for customers across the UK. The role may also involve the overhaul, refurbishment, and repair of customer-owned and used machines, as well as providing technical support where required.

Duties

• Diagnose and report faults to relevant parties.
• Carry out machine strip-downs, fault finding, and component replacement.
• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural machinery.
• Complete job sheets accurately and provide supporting documentation for warranty claims.
• Attend customer breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
• Welding experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,733.24 per year
