THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Service Technician, every call is a chance to solve a problem, build trust, and represent a company that's been setting the standard in commercial kitchen service since 1976.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Hands-On Service: Perform service and repair work commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador on every call.
• Truck Profitability: Own truck profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong CSAT scores.
• Work Order Completion: Own call-to-closed completion of work orders.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1–5+ years working on ovens, fryers, walk-ins, ice machines, etc. – experience on hot and cold side a plus
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work overtime and on call as needed.
• Strong technical and electrical aptitude.
• Hand tools and a can-do attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, per company policy
• Must pass a satisfactory background screening
