Role & responsibilities :
* Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.
* Diagnose and repair equipment faults and technical issues.
* Develop preventive maintenance strategies and update user manuals.
* Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians.
* Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical support.
* Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on equipment.
* Ensure excellent customer service with a strong work ethic and growth mindset.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technical understanding and knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, refineries, or tank cleaning activities will be an added advantage
