As a Service Technician with Apple Mountain, you’ll support 11 Applebee’s restaurants across Utah and Wyoming and play a key role in keeping equipment, facilities, and teams ready to serve guests every day.

NOW HIRING:

• Service Technician

In this hands-on role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and support special projects across restaurant equipment and facilities.

MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD, OR OLDER

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, HVAC/refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and building components.
• Respond to routine and urgent maintenance needs while managing changing restaurant priorities.
• Support remodels, refrigeration projects, corporate initiatives, inventory control, and clean, organized work areas.
• Communicate professionally with restaurant teams, vendors, and leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently, follow direction, and solve problems quickly.
• Organized, responsive, self-disciplined, and able to communicate effectively in English.

WHAT HELPS YOU STAND OUT:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant kitchen equipment repair or maintenance experience.
• Skills or certifications in HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, welding, or general maintenance.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Must own appropriate tools and be able to travel, including possible overnight stays.
• Must work flexible shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, climb ladders, access roofs, and pass required pre-employment screenings.
