Service Technician

About the role

You'll be the in-house repair and technical escalation point. The customer service team handles first-line triage and keeps the warranty process moving; you're the person they bring the hard ones to, and the person who actually fixes them.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on EcoFlow and Anker SOLIX power stations, solar panels and accessories, and repair them under supplier SOPs. Board, fan, display and module replacement
• Repair tripods, heads and support gear, and assess optics like binoculars and scopes for warranty or return to supplier
• Make the call on warranty claims: repair, replace, or return to supplier
• Talk directly with Service support teams at EcoFlow, Anker and other suppliers on RMAs, parts and repair pathways
• Give clear, confident technical answers to customers, retailers and the sales team when the coordinator needs a second opinion
• Keep repair records, parts inventory and the workshop itself tidy and safe
• Turn what you learn on the bench into troubleshooting guides the rest of the business can use

About you

• You've fixed things for a living, that might be e-bikes or scooters, appliances, AV or IT hardware, auto electrical, solar or security installs
• Methodical fault-finder who follows a process and documents what they did
• Comfortable working with mains-powered equipment and lithium battery products safely
• Can explain a technical problem in plain English to someone who isn't technical, and hold your ground on a spec when a retailer pushes back
• Organised, parts, records and tools are where they should be
• Happy in a small team where you'll talk to suppliers, sales and customers in the same day
