What they need
- Perform installation, testing, servicing and repair of home appliances at customers' premises and service centres
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults using appropriate testing equipment such as multimeters
- Repair defective appliances and replace faulty components, parts, wiring and electronic components where required
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspection to ensure appliances operate safely and efficiently
- Handle service calls and attend scheduled customer appointments within the assigned service area
- Explain product operation, basic maintenance and proper usage to customers after installation or repair
- Provide professional customer service and address customers' technical enquiries or concerns
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
