- Use established work instructions and follow required safety and operational procedures.
- Partner with Service, Product Support, and Sales to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate schedules, service documentation, customer reports, and expense reports.
- Use HubSpot CRM, Epicor, and Microsoft Office to manage schedules, update information, communicate, and deliver reports.
What You Bring

- One to three years of experience in electromechanical assembly or a service-related field.
- Strong electromechanical skills, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting ability.
- Experience using common electronic test equipment and powered and manual hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on industrial catwalks and stairways.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Willingness to participate in random drug screening.
- TWIC eligibility and OSHA or MSHA credentials may be required based on the assigned region.
