Service Technician

Continuum Home Solutions is one of the area's leading appliance installation companies in Northern Virginia servicing the Washington Metropolitan area. Currently, we are seeking a service technician. As a service technician the candidate should be able to possess the skills required to diagnose and repair as well as providing estimates.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance and installation-related issues.
• Perform repairs and service work efficiently and professionally.
• Identify the cause of appliance failures and determine the appropriate repair.
• Provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs and additional work.
• Communicate repair recommendations and pricing clearly to customers.
• Document service calls, diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the CHS office.
• Maintain accurate service records, photos, and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance repair, appliance installation, plumbing, electrical, or a related field preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ability to provide accurate repair estimates.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Experience in residential appliance service and repair is strongly preferred. Spanish is a plus but not required.
