Summary:

An Automotive Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.

Job Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains their personal Fixed First Visit score at or above manufacturer standards.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude!
• A track record of excellent fixed first visit scores is required.
• A technician that averages high hours per hour due to effective use of multi point, inspections and video multi point inspections.
• At least 2 years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Stellantis / Chrysler experience beneficial.
• A great attendance record.
• A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Professional appearance.
• Stable work history
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
