Service Technician

Key Responsibility:

• To perform customer service as assigned.

• Preparation and issue of spare parts and equipment.

• Contact, appointments with customer for entering service

• Carry out inspection checks, repair and maintenance

• Record service information into the company system

• Perform the service report and summary the report to supervisor.

• Act as team leader in service

• Report problems or customer requirements to supervisors (if any).

• Coordinate repairs with customers.

• Check the condition of truck’s problem

• Implementing the solutions, test and deliver to its customers.

• Close and Reporting service.

• Responsible for service vehicles and tools that are assigned to availability

Qualifications:

Professional:

• High Vocational Certificate / Bachelor degree in related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct field

• Able to communicate in English as fair level (prefer good listening and writing)

• Computer Literate

• Skill of communication and cross functional.

Personal:

• Able to drive and has a driving license

• Passed conscription of military

• Work under pressure especially in front of customer

• Can work in flexible time and working area

• Good discipline, positive thinking and collaboration with other colleague

• Working as a team
