Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services (PMS) and routine vehicle inspections.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns.

• Perform repairs and replacement of defective parts and components.

• Conduct engine, brake, suspension, steering, air-conditioning, and electrical system inspections and repairs.

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems.

• Perform vehicle road tests when required to verify repairs.

• Follow manufacturer/service center repair procedures and technical standards.

• Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within the required service time.

• Document inspection findings, repairs performed, parts used, and recommendations.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle findings and required repairs.

• Maintain proper handling and care of customer vehicles while inside the service area.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.

• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.

• Assist in warranty-related repairs and documentation when applicable.

• Perform other service-related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Automotive Servicing, or a related course.

• With experience as an Automotive/Service Technician is preferred.

• Experience in a car dealership or authorized service center is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Able to use automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

• Physically fit and able to work in a service shop environment.

• Willing to undergo technical training and certification.

• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
