Service Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling around the metroplex to perform diagnostics and repairs on various equipment. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable using our system for service documentation and communication. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations within the metroplex to conduct diagnostics and perform repairs on assigned equipment.
• Use our system efficiently to document service visits, record diagnostics, and update repair statuses.
• Ensure timely arrival at each service appointment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all service activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding service status and findings.
• Complete all required training sessions to stay current with technical skills and company standards.

Requirements

• Ability to travel extensively within the metroplex area for daily service calls.
• Strong organizational skills and punctuality are essential.
• Comfort using computer systems for diagnostics, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Willingness to learn through provided training programs.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail during diagnostics and repairs.
• Prior experience in technical repair or service roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
