Service Technician (m/w/d)

Your Duties

• Providing technical advice and support for our products (by telephone, email or on site)
• Carrying out fault analyses for PC, hardware and software issues
• Maintenance work and troubleshooting
• Installation and commissioning of gaming machines
• Customer training in German and English

Your Profile

• Ideally 1–2 years’ professional experience in technical support
• Good IT and MS Office skills
• A basic understanding of technology (e.g. networking)
• Problem-solving skills and good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel and a Class B driving licence
