About the role

ANLEON SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our clients' equipment and systems. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and maintenance services that ensure optimal performance of our clients' installations. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the reputation of ANLEON SOLUTIONS as a trusted service provider in the technician services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain technical equipment and systems according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements
• Diagnose technical faults and malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and troubleshooting procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore equipment to working condition
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately, recording all work performed and parts used
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests from clients
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations whilst performing technical work
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and transport vehicle
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and support colleagues on complex technical issues

What we're looking for

• Completed vocational training or certification in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience working as a Service Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems (depending on specialisation)
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and testing equipment commonly used in the industry
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically through complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
• Physical capability to perform hands-on technical work, including working at heights or in confined spaces where applicable
• Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service excellence
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development
• Preferred: Experience in a specific technical field such as HVAC, electrical systems, or industrial equipment maintenance
