What they need
PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING EVALUATION AND REPAIRS. Efficient and accurate diagnosis, evaluation, and repair of product-related technical issues.
DOCUMENTATION REPORTING. Provide thorough, accurate evaluations with feasible recommendations for the units and ensure that everything needed is available for other teammates and in cases where escalation is necessary.
CLIENT RELATIONS. Some requests may include preparation of documents, attending meetings, or assisting during onsite activities when needed. The service request requires frequent interactions with various client levels, including top management. Compliance with office rules and regulations is included here as well.
Other related services may from time to time be requested in accordance with the exigencies of the business within the Client's departments and group of companies.
Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
