About the Role
Best Option Trading LLC is looking for experienced Service Technicians to join our growing after-sales team in the UAE. You will handle complete after-sales service of home appliances, from installation to repair and maintenance, for both project and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and test home appliances on-site.
- Diagnose and repair faults safely and efficiently.
- Carry out warranty and out-of-warranty service calls.
- Provide good customer service during every visit.
- Complete daily service reports and logs.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the home appliances industry.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Experience with built-in appliances is a strong plus.
- Basic English speaking skills.
- Must currently reside in or be ready to work in the UAE.
