Role Responsibilities:

• Clear communication and customer repour skills.
• Maintain a high standard of safety by following proper safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting and alone.
• Troubleshooting roller doors, gates, loading dock systems and more.
• Interact and communicate with clients and suppliers as necessary.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial entrance systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and phone based software for reporting.
• Test and commission new equipment.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek a motivated, proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and fluent English skills. This is crucial in conveying diagnostics and errors to both the CES team and customers.

The role requires a balance of teamwork and independent work, so effective communication, organizational abilities, and a sense of responsibility are crucial.

Requirements include:

• Current NSW White Card * optional
• Valid NSW Driver’s License
• Permanent Australian Residency
