Aloha Pools & Spas is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician to serve customers in the O’Fallon, IL area.

This position offers competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities tied to service parts revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Top-performing technicians have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

This position reports directly to our Service Supervisor (based out of our main location) and works closely with our leadership team. While your supervisor is not located in the same building, you will receive clear direction, support, and ongoing communication.

We are looking for someone who can manage their daily responsibilities confidently while staying connected to the team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems)
• Perform pool openings and closings
• Remove and install pool liners (training provided)
• Perform leak detection and minor plumbing repairs
• Troubleshoot basic electrical components related to pool systems
• Maintain an organized, professional service vehicle
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service work
• Document jobs accurately and on time

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Experience in these areas is a plus (but we will train the right person):

• Pool service or maintenance
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Construction or mechanical trades

Physical & Job Requirements

• Ability to lift 70+ lbs
• Able to work extended hours during peak season
• Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working outdoors in seasonal conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
