Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Service Technician to join our team. In this job, you will give good technical support and do maintenance work for our customers. Your work will help keep our equipment and systems working well.

What you will do

• Do regular maintenance and part replacement on gas detectors and equipments.
• Find problems, check what is wrong, and fix them
• Keep clear records of all service work and write down what you find
• Work with the sales and customer service teams to help customers with technical questions
• Learn about new tools, technology, and good ways of working
• Follow all safety rules and procedures

What we need

• Formal qualification in electrical or electronics engineering, or a similar field
• Candidates with Three Phase Wireman or Single Phase Wireman certificate are encouraged to apply
• At least 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar job
• Strong skills in finding and solving problems, and able to work on your own
• Good communication and customer service skills – able to explain technical things in a clear way
• Able to use diagnostic tools and equipment well
• A positive team player who is ready to keep learning
