Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of equipment across multiple locations. This role involves traveling between sites to ensure optimal operational performance, minimize downtime, and assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. The Service Technician plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and reliability of our systems, including tunnel systems, pay stations, kiosks, and self-serve bays.

Duties

• Service, repair, and maintain equipment across all company locations, including Tommy's and MacNeil tunnel systems, PDQ Tandem in-bay automatics, DRB XPT, Washify and Unitec Sentinel pay stations/kiosks, and Carolina Pride self-serve bays.
• Travel between different sites to perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and reduce equipment downtime.
• Assist managers with preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition.
• Diagnose technical problems accurately and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing complex electronic or mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly between multiple locations as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and management.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license or equivalent is typically required for travel between sites.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
