Service Technician

We are partnering with a growing, family-owned industrial service company that is looking to add an experienced Service Technician to its team in the Orlando area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in compressed air systems and air compressor service who is looking to join a close-knit company and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate will have the technical experience to work independently in the field, diagnose and service equipment, and provide a high level of customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compressed air systems and air compressors
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs or service needs
• Perform field service work independently throughout the assigned territory
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Manage service responsibilities and daily workload with minimal supervision
• Utilize the Orlando shop for equipment, parts, and additional support as needed
• Travel throughout Florida as needed, including occasional travel to the Miami area

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of compressed air/compressor service experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of servicing and troubleshooting air compressors
• Ability to work independently and step into the field with minimal ramp-up time
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field service environment
• Must live in Orlando or north of the Orlando area
