Position Overview

As a Cleaning Technician, you will perform a variety of cleaning and restoration services at residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve completing each project efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Services You Will Provide

• Air duct cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Water damage mitigation and restoration

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service throughout each appointment.
• Assess customer properties and suggest suitable cleaning or restoration services based on their needs.
• Carry out assigned work safely, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.
• Use cleaning and restoration tools and equipment correctly.
• Prepare workspaces and take necessary precautions to protect customers’ belongings, including moving furniture when required.
• Work alongside other technicians and assist senior team members when needed.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in good working condition and keep them organized.
• Comply with company safety guidelines and accepted industry procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate respectfully with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

Required:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Prior experience with air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
• Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• A professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to complete tasks independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.

• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with weekend availability when necessary.
