Service Technician

Reynolds Motorsports is looking for an experienced Powersports or Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. This position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
• Complete engine, drivetrain, electrical, suspension, and brake repairs
• Accurately document work performed and communicate repair needs clearly
• Maintain productivity, quality standards, and flat-rate efficiency goals
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with service advisors and parts department

Qualifications

• 4+ years of powersports or relevant mechanical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)

Experience:

• Service technician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Motorcycle License (Preferred)
• ASE A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems Certification (Preferred)
