Job Description Job Title: Service Technician

***The job entails traveling to manufactured home sites in Texas to perform construction-related service and warranty work for retail customers. Installs new parts or performs repairs as per work order. Able to Follow written and verbal instruction.Communicate throughly, Use of technology to be able to report work through photos and video.

Required Construction Experience & Skills Experience and skills are required in the following house service/repair areas: Roofing / Shingles Drywall Mud and Tape Window and door installation and adjustments Framing Plumbing Electrical Painting and Molding Cabinetry Flooring Siding Appliance Installation & Trouble Shooting Final Finish.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction Ability to define, prepare and analyze work orders, service records and reports. Maintain contact with the service team, Self-motivated and driven for results with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and continually strive for improvement, Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Maintain own vehicle, Maintain Tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: 5-10 years of experience and knowledge in the housing construction industry 3 years of experience in customer service & satisfaction Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability and willingness to work on a regular basis.
