Service Technician

Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, commissioning, configuration, and maintenance of temperature and humidity data loggers and monitoring systems.

Provide technical support to customers, including basic troubleshooting, fault identification, and responding to technical service requests.

Carry out preventive maintenance activities for equipment and monitoring systems according to established schedules and procedures.

Assist the Customer Service team in following up on technical enquiries, service requests, and customer-reported issues.

Support Calibration and Validation Engineers in on-site technical activities, equipment preparation, and related service work.

Maintain proper documentation of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Relevant ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Computer Engineering etc

Responsible, Positive Attitude, and able to work well as a team.

Possess good initiative towards the task given.
