Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team and provide expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. This role involves working with electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components to ensure optimal operation of various machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical diagnostics, equipment repair, and engineering troubleshooting. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse industrial equipment, including electric motors, gear reducers, and pumps, in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

Duties

• Perform electrical maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
• Repair and service various types of industrial machinery, focusing on electric motors, gear reducers, pumps, and related components.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting to determine root causes of failures or inefficiencies.
• Maintain electrical systems through routine inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Apply engineering troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex mechanical or electrical problems.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics within an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, welding, and mechanical repairs related to industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and engineering principles.
• Experience repairing electric motors, gear reducers, pumps, or similar machinery is highly preferred.
• Skilled in welding techniques suitable for industrial repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex troubleshooting tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Relevant technical certifications or training in electrical systems or mechanical repairs is advantageous.

This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations through expert technical support.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
