Ebbett Pukekohe has opened one of the largest multi-franchise Automotive Dealerships & Service Workshops in the country housing Kia, MG, BYD, Nissan, Foton, Holden, GWM, Haval, Volkswagen & Skoda with a brand-new state of the art Service Workshop.

We're currently seeking the services of a Qualified Technician to join our Team in Pukekohe, Auckland.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be trade qualified. Previous diagnostic experience with any of our brands would be advantageous.
We're looking for someone with excellent diagnostic and repair skills & a ‘can-do’ attitude, someone who can hit the ground running and keep up in a busy, fast-paced workshop.

What we are looking for

• Min Qualification/Experience: A recognized technician qualification and diagnostic experience
• WOF AVI Certification (Not essential)
• The ability to work in New Zealand
• Good communication skills
• A current Full clean Drivers Licence
• Capable of service and repair work
• An honest and reliable work ethic
• A high attention to detail
• The ability to work within a multicultural team environment
• A good standard of personal presentation and tidy work habits

Key Duties:

• Achieves prompt and accurate diagnosis of vehicle faults and service needs
• Carry out Warrant of Fitness checks
• Complete the job for vehicles within the times recommended- by the manufacturer
• Achieves our policy of no repeat repairs
• Delivers high level of customer satisfaction required to achieve our service of customer retention standards
