Job Description:
As a Service Technician at Kraz Construction, you will handle a variety of service and repair tasks for the products we install, including windows, doors, and vinyl siding. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in window capping using a brake. You’ll enjoy working independently with the support of a collaborative team, using a company-provided vehicle and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain windows, doors, and vinyl siding installed by Kraz Construction.
• Perform window capping using a brake (highly preferred skill).
• Diagnose and resolve installation or material issues efficiently and professionally.
• Address warranty and non-warranty service calls.
• Maintain detailed service records and customer interaction logs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and quality work.
• Keep the company vehicle organized and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Required: Proven experience servicing windows, doors, and vinyl siding.
• Preferred: Proficiency in window capping using a brake.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional and customer-friendly communication style.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to handle materials and equipment as needed for the job.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
