We’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team.

Location: Irving- DFW Area

Position Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pools, spas, and other leisure products while delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform warranty and non-warranty service work.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in hot tubs, swim spas, and related systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit documentation promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical or technical experience required (pool/spa industry preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and use diagnostic tools.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Compensation:
Hourly pay plus commissions, benefits, and growth opportunities!

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Service technician: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred)
