We’re growing, and we are looking for a Service Technician who takes pride in their work, knows how to work with people, and wants to be part of a team that’s going places.

In this role, you will work with existing customers to maintain the systems we’ve installed in their homes, identify additional problems, and recommend solutions that protect their biggest investment. You’ll combine hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer service with the opportunity to earn sales commissions.

What You'll Bring

• A professional attitude and the ability to represent yourself and our company well in front of customers.
• Effective communication skills and the confidence to explain problems and recommend solutions.
• A willingness to learn, take ownership, and follow through.
• Construction or service technician experience is a plus.
• Sales experience is helpful, but the right attitude and ability to work with people matter, too.
• Ability to lift up to seventy-five pounds regularly.
• Ability and willingness to enter and work in crawlspaces, including walking, kneeling, bending, and crawling.
• Willingness to travel within a three-hour radius of our primary office, including occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
