Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pool/Spa Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some background experience in servicing/cleaning pools and spas, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with experience in field service and equipment repair. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects involving pool and spa maintenance, repairs, and more. A valid driver’s license is required to ensure timely travel between job sites. The Service Technician will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction through expert troubleshooting, pool and spa cleaning, and maintenance/repairs.

Duties

• Perform daily pool/spa diagnostic work, as well as pool and spa cleaning.
• Show up on time each morning with a willingness to learn, and have a positive attitude.
• Conduct equipment repairs using appropriate tools.
• Maintain and service the pools/spas on your designated weekly route.
• Listen and take direction from Service Technician Supervisor and follow all company policies that are requested.
• Utilize field service techniques to diagnose problems efficiently and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Document service activities thoroughly for client records and future reference via our IOS based software.
• Log your daily work onto our designated IOS application for each job, including documented pictures of your work.

Requirements

• Some experience as a Service Technician with a focus on pools, spas, plumbing, or equipment repair is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance, construction, pool/spa cleaning and servicing is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or carry heavy items on a daily basis.
• Pool and spa servicing or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately and the ability to relay information to supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license for travel between job sites.
• Ability to work independently in the field under minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards.

Pay depends on experience and knowledge in the specified field.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
