About the Role

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment .

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety standards.
• Maintain service records and documentation related to maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in servicing and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Understanding of equipment safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good technical problem-solving and communication skills.
