Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• To manage, plan and perform calibration jobs and preparation of calibration reports

• To perform technical support and troubleshooting at customer site

• To be involved in ISO 17025 certification, perform validation work & support on Lab compliance

• To foster good rapport with customers

• To perform quality control on work done by contractors.

• To monitor site progress and to ensure that work is done on schedule.

• To plan, execute and review project activities.

• To liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of process control instruments is preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage work effectively with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Full-time position available.
