Service Technician

About the role

As a Service Technician you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by installing, maintaining, and supporting equipment and accessories supplied by us. If you are passionate about technology, possess good mechanical knowledge, enjoy problem solving challenges, and excel in communication, we want you to be part of our team!

Key responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and supporting equipment and accessories supplied to our clients
• Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly with the best possible customer service
• Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met
• Refurbishment of pre-leased equipment

About you

• Motivated go-getter with a positive can-do attitude
• Dedicated to achieving outstanding results
• Ability to excel independently and as a collaborative team player
• Attention to detail and proficiency in systems and processes
• Genuine interest in the latest technology
• Hold a current electrical practicing license, or willing and able to obtain a test and tag license
• At least 3 years experience in networking, IT support and servicing office equipment such as multifunction devices, printers and scanners
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload based on priority
• Outstanding communicator with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Hold a full and clean driver's license
